Why sell here

Built for operators who’d rather ship orders than wire together a store.

Most marketplaces want you to bring your own infrastructure. PeptideClients ships the storefront, the inbox, the order tracking, the lot management, and the verified-purchase review system — you ship the product and settle payment your way.

i.

Real buyers, not browsers.

Every account is an admin-approved operator — research labs, clinics, compounders, fulfillment shops. Buyers pay for marketplace access, so the POs landing in your inbox come from operators with real intent and budget — not tire-kickers, not the public, no consumer chargebacks.

ii.

Storefront + inbox in one place.

A hosted profile at shop.peptideclients.com/@yourhandle, a product catalog with COA uploads, and a buyer inbox threaded to orders. No Shopify subscription, no separate help-desk tool.

iii.

We run the credibility layer.

Buyer-submitted purchase orders with vendor approve/revise/deny, full revision history, per-lot inventory tracking, tracking-number capture with Shippo status sync, and verified-purchase reviews that only unlock after the buyer confirms receipt. Payment is between you and your buyer — we do not process payments, hold funds, or issue payouts.

iv.

Multi-store on day one.

Operate under multiple brands or run a sister lab? Manage every storefront from one vendor login. Switch contexts the same way operators switch between their stores in the back office.

How it works

From application to your first order in about a week.

Three steps, no sales call required.

01

Apply.

~3 minutes

Submit your business details, agree to the marketplace terms, and reserve your public handle. Vendor accounts live on their own login at sell.peptideclients.com — separate from any operator-app account you may already have, so the two contexts stay cleanly partitioned.

02

Get approved.

2–3 business days

A PeptideClients admin reviews your application. We’re looking for legitimate, compliance-aware operators with a real fulfillment process. We may follow up with questions; we won’t leave you waiting.

03

List & sell.

Live the moment you publish

Set up your profile, upload your catalog with images and lab docs, register your lots (with per-lot COAs and quantities), and list the payment methods you accept so buyers know what to expect. The first time you click “Publish,” your store is live on the marketplace and ready to receive purchase orders.

What you can list

If operators buy it, you can sell it.

Five product types map to the marketplace catalog. The same listing form covers all of them — you upload images, set price, register lots with optional COAs, and publish.

A

Pre-built peptides

Research-grade peptides in standard concentrations and volumes. Register each batch as its own lot so buyers see remaining quantity, expiry, and per-lot COA at a glance.

Lot tracking Per-lot COA
B

Custom blends & formulations

Operator-spec blends and custom concentrations. Use the per-order chat to confirm specs before you approve the purchase order.

PO-driven Per-order chat
C

Raw materials & APIs

Bulk peptide APIs and intermediates. Set minimum and maximum order quantities on the listing so buyer POs land in your inbox already inside your fulfillment range.

Min / max qty Lot tracking
D

Lab equipment & glassware

Compounding hardware, scales, sterile vials, lyophilizers, glassware, cold storage. List one unit per lot if each has a serial; multiple units per lot if they’re identical.

Lot tracking Multi-shipment
E

Services

COA testing, custom compounding, regulatory consults, contract manufacturing. Buyers submit a PO describing the scope; you approve or counter with revised pricing.

PO-driven Counter-offer
Fees & payments

Free to list. Payment is between you and your buyer.

PeptideClients does not process payments, hold funds, or issue payouts. You and the buyer settle directly — wire, ACH, crypto, escrow service of your choice, your existing merchant account — whatever you both agree on. We run the order pipeline, the tracking, the lots, and the reviews around it.

Listing
$0
List as many products, lots, and categories as you like. Storefront, inbox, order pipeline, and review system are included.
Payment processing
Not handled
PeptideClients does not touch funds. Display your accepted payment methods on your profile so buyers know what to expect; settle each order directly with the buyer through your own channel.
Promoted placement
Optional
Pay-as-you-go ad slots on the marketplace front page, vendor index, and category pages. Billed through PeptideClients via Stripe (this is the only thing you ever pay us for, and only if you opt in).
Disputes
Off-platform
Because we do not hold funds, we do not mediate refund disputes. We do act on policy violations — misrepresented product, fraudulent COAs, banned terms — through the moderation queue and can suspend vendor accounts.
What you get

The vendor portal, fully assembled.

Eight tools shipped on day one. No add-ons to buy, no integrations to wire up.

Hosted storefront
Public profile at shop.peptideclients.com/@yourhandle with your brand, catalog, follow count, and verified-purchase reviews.
Purchase order pipeline
Buyers submit a PO; approve, deny, partially approve, or counter-offer. Every revision is logged so both sides have an audit trail.
Per-order chat
Every PO gets its own thread tied to the order so questions, payment-method confirmations, and shipping notes stay in context.
Lot-tracked inventory
Register multiple lots per product with their own quantity, manufacture date, expiry, and per-lot COA. Fulfill any order from one or more lots; remaining quantity decrements automatically.
Multi-tracking shipments
Capture one or many tracking numbers per order, attach which products and lot quantities ship in each, and let Shippo sync delivery status back to the buyer in real time.
Verified-purchase reviews
Star ratings on vendors and individual products only unlock after a buyer confirms receipt of an order. Open Q&A comments stay available to any signed-in marketplace account, visually separated from verified reviews so the trust signal stays clean.
Moderation & reporting
Banned-terms lint runs on every listing, review, and comment. Buyers and vendors can report content; admins triage from a unified queue and act fast.
Team seats & ads
Invite fulfillment, support, or lab managers with scoped permissions — no per-seat fee. Optional pay-as-you-go promoted placement on the marketplace surfaces.
FAQ

The honest answers.

The questions vendors actually ask before they apply.

Who’s eligible to sell?
U.S.-based operators with valid business registration, a real fulfillment process, and a posture toward compliance that matches our marketplace terms. Research suppliers, compounders, labs, contract manufacturers, and equipment sellers all qualify. We’re cautious by design — that’s what makes the marketplace credible to buyers.
How does payment work?
PeptideClients does not process payments, hold funds, or issue payouts. You list the payment methods you accept on your profile (wire, ACH, crypto, escrow service, your own merchant account, etc.), and you settle each order directly with the buyer through whichever channel you both agree on. We run everything around payment — the purchase-order pipeline, per-order chat, tracking, lots, and reviews — but the money moves between you and the buyer, not through us.
What about compliance and legality?
Vendors self-attest that everything they list is legal where they list it and where they ship it. We aren’t your lawyer, but we do publish marketplace terms, act on reports promptly, and remove anything that violates them. If you’re selling into a tightly regulated category (controlled substances, certain APIs, etc.), expect extra documentation during review.
How long does approval take?
Usually 2–3 business days. We may follow up with questions, especially for new-to-marketplace categories. You’ll get a single human on the other end, not a ticket queue.
Can I have multiple stores?
Yes. Each store is its own brand with its own catalog, handle, and storefront. They all live under one vendor login — the same way operators switch between stores in the operator app. Useful if you run multiple labels or a sister lab.
What does it cost?
Free to apply, free to list, free to use the order pipeline, lots, and review system. The only thing you can ever pay PeptideClients for is optional promoted placement (pay-as-you-go ads) on the marketplace surfaces. Payment with your buyer happens off PeptideClients, so no processing fees flow through us.
What if I’m already a PeptideClients operator?
Vendor accounts and operator accounts are intentionally separate — sign up with a different email at sell.peptideclients.com/signup. We keep them partitioned so an outage, a permission change, or a team rotation on one side doesn’t bleed into the other, and so vendor team members never accidentally gain operator-app access.
How do I get paid?
Directly from the buyer, through whichever payment method you both agree on. After a PO is accepted, the buyer enters their shipping details and the per-order chat opens — that’s where you confirm payment instructions and the buyer confirms they’ve sent payment. Tax reporting on those payments is your responsibility (and your buyer’s), not ours.
How does an order actually flow?
Buyer submits a purchase order with the products and quantities they want. You approve, deny, partially approve, or counter-offer (price, quantity, swap items). If you counter, the buyer accepts the revised version. The buyer then enters their shipping address. You and the buyer settle payment off-platform. When you ship, you attach one or more tracking numbers and tell the system which products and lot quantities went in each shipment. Shippo syncs delivery status. When the buyer confirms receipt, the order is marked verified — which unlocks their ability to leave a star-rated review on your vendor profile and on each product.
What if a buyer claims they paid and didn’t, or vice versa?
Because PeptideClients does not hold funds, we cannot reverse a payment or release escrow — that dispute lives between you, your buyer, and whichever payment rail you used. We can act on policy violations — misrepresented product, fake COAs, fraud patterns, banned terms — through the moderation queue, and we will suspend accounts that abuse the marketplace. Keep your per-order chat clean and your tracking numbers attached so the record speaks for itself.
How do reviews work?
Star-rated reviews on a vendor or on a specific product can only be left by a buyer who has a confirmed-received order on PeptideClients for that vendor or that product. Reviewers are labelled “verified buyer” in the UI. Open Q&A comments stay available to any signed-in marketplace account — they’re visually separated from verified reviews so the trust signal stays clean. All reviews and comments run through the banned-terms lint and the report/flag queue.
Ready to list?
Apply takes about three minutes. We’ll come back to you within 2–3 business days with either an approval or a follow-up question.
