Operator marketplace · Invite-only

The marketplace for operators
who actually ship.

PeptideClients is where serious operators source their inventory. Admin-reviewed vendors, per-lot COAs, real purchase orders with counter-offer and revision history, and Shippo-tracked shipments. Payment is settled directly with the vendor — PeptideClients does not process payments or hold funds.

Operators only. No personal-consumer accounts. Approval typically within one business day.

Why shop here

One catalog. Real provenance. Receipts at every step.

Most directories are link farms. PeptideClients is a real marketplace — admin-reviewed vendors, per-lot COAs, an auditable purchase-order pipeline, and tracked shipments. We run the credibility layer; you and your vendor settle payment directly.

i.

Vetted vendors only.

Every vendor profile is reviewed by a PeptideClients admin before it goes live. No drop-shippers, no anonymous accounts. If a vendor doesn’t hold up, we remove them.

ii.

Real COAs, not “trust me”.

Lab documents are uploaded per lot. Click through and read the actual COA — lot number, manufacture and expiry dates, lab name, purity — on the product page before you submit a PO.

iii.

Real purchase orders.

Submit a PO; the vendor approves, denies, or counter-offers (price, qty, swap items) with full revision history. A per-order chat thread keeps payment instructions and shipping notes in context. No checkout button that pretends a handshake has happened.

iv.

Tracked shipments + verified reviews.

Vendors attach one or many tracking numbers and the lot quantities that went in each. Shippo syncs delivery status to your inbox. Once you confirm receipt, a star-rated review unlocks on the vendor and on each product — no verified review without a verified order.

How it works

From first sign-in to first delivery.

Three steps. No quote calls, no “contact sales”.

01

Sign in or request access.

Same login as the operator app

Already a PeptideClients operator? Sign in with the same credentials — your buying org is provisioned automatically. New? Request access and we’ll review within one business day.

02

Browse vendors & products.

Filter, follow, message

Browse the catalog by category, price, and vendor rating. Read the lab docs on each lot. Follow vendors whose work you trust so their profile is one click away, and message any vendor directly from a product page.

03

Submit a PO, settle with the vendor, track to delivery.

Off-platform payment · Shippo tracking

Submit a purchase order; the vendor approves, denies, or counter-offers (price, qty, swap items). Once you accept, the per-order chat opens — that’s where you confirm shipping details and settle payment directly with the vendor through whichever method they accept (wire, ACH, escrow service, their own merchant account). When they ship, they attach tracking and the lot quantities in each shipment; Shippo syncs delivery status to your inbox. Confirm receipt to unlock a verified-purchase review.

What’s listed

Five core categories. Operator-grade only.

Each category enforces its own documentation requirements so what you see in the listing is what arrives in the box.

A

Pre-built peptides

Research-grade peptides in standard concentrations and volumes. Each batch is registered as its own lot with its COA, manufacture and expiry dates, and remaining quantity visible on the product page.

COA per lot Lot tracking
B

Custom blends & formulations

Operator-spec blends and custom concentrations from compounders. Use the per-order chat to confirm specs before the vendor approves the PO.

PO-driven Per-order chat
C

Raw materials & APIs

Bulk peptide APIs and intermediates. Listings carry minimum and maximum order quantities so your PO lands in the vendor’s inbox already inside their fulfillment range.

Min / max qty Lot tracking
D

Lab equipment & glassware

Compounding hardware, scales, sterile vials, lyophilizers, glassware, cold storage. Vendors register each unit (or batch of identical units) as a lot so you see exactly what’s in stock.

Lot tracking Multi-shipment
E

Services

COA testing, custom compounding, regulatory consults, contract manufacturing. Submit a PO describing the scope; the vendor approves or counter-offers with revised pricing.

PO-driven Counter-offer
What you get on order day

The credibility layer, fully assembled.

PeptideClients does not process payments or hold funds — you settle directly with the vendor. What we do ship: the eight tools below, on every order, for every operator.

Admin-reviewed vendors
Every vendor profile is reviewed by a PeptideClients admin before it can publish a product. Anyone who doesn’t hold up gets removed.
Per-lot COAs
Vendors register each batch as its own lot with the COA attached. Lot number, manufacture and expiry dates, and remaining quantity are visible on the product page before you submit a PO.
Purchase-order pipeline
Submit a PO; the vendor approves, denies, or counter-offers (price, qty, swap items). Every revision is logged so both sides have an audit trail.
Per-order chat
Every PO gets its own thread tied to the order. Confirm specs, payment-method instructions, and shipping notes in the same place where the order itself lives.
Shippo-tracked shipments
Vendors attach one or many tracking numbers per order and the lot quantities in each shipment. Shippo syncs carrier status to your inbox in real time.
Verified-purchase reviews
Star reviews on a vendor and on each product unlock only after you mark the order received. Verified buyers are labelled as such in the UI — no fake reviews from accounts without a real order.
Open Q&A, separate from reviews
Ask any vendor a question from their profile or any product page. Q&A comments stay visually separated from verified reviews so the trust signal stays clean.
Banned-terms lint + moderation queue
Every listing, review, and Q&A comment runs through a banned-terms lint. Reports trigger admin triage; verified policy violations are removed and accounts that abuse the marketplace can be suspended.

What we do not do: PeptideClients does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, issue payouts, or mediate refund disputes. Payment is between you and the vendor through whichever channel you both agree on. We do act on policy violations — misrepresented product, fake COAs, banned terms — through the moderation queue.

FAQ

The honest answers.

The questions buyers actually ask before they request access.

Who can shop here?
Admin-approved peptide operators — businesses with a legitimate research, compounding, clinical, or fulfillment use. Personal-consumer accounts are not allowed. If you already operate a PeptideClients org, you’re in. New operators apply via the request-access flow.
How do I get access?
If you have a PeptideClients operator account, sign in with the same email and password at shop.peptideclients.com. New operators: request access and we’ll respond within one business day with either an approval or a follow-up question.
How does payment work?
PeptideClients does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or issue payouts. Each vendor lists the methods they accept on their profile (wire, ACH, crypto, escrow service of their choice, their own merchant account). After the vendor accepts your PO, the per-order chat opens — that’s where you confirm shipping details and the vendor sends payment instructions. You settle directly with the vendor through whichever channel you both agree on. There is no card-on-file with PeptideClients and we take no cut of the order value.
How long does shipping take?
Each vendor lists their own ship-by window on each product. Once they hand the package to the carrier and attach a tracking number to the order, Shippo syncs delivery status to your inbox until the package arrives. We don’t publish a marketplace-wide ship-time average because vendors vary — read the listing and the vendor profile.
Is everything legal?
Every listing must comply with our marketplace terms. Vendors self-attest to legality where they ship; admins remove violations promptly when reported. You remain responsible for compliance in your own jurisdiction — we recommend reading the marketplace terms before your first order.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong — or a vendor claims you didn’t pay?
Because PeptideClients does not hold funds, we cannot reverse a payment or release escrow — that dispute lives between you, the vendor, and whichever payment rail you used. We do act on policy violations — misrepresented product, fake COAs, fraud patterns, banned terms — through the moderation queue, and we will suspend accounts that abuse the marketplace. Keep your per-order chat clean and your tracking numbers attached so the record speaks for itself if anything goes sideways.
Can I follow vendors?
Yes — following a vendor pins their profile to your Following tab so their newest listings are one click away. Email/SMS notifications on restocks and new launches are on the roadmap but not shipping today; for now, the Following tab is the canonical place to keep tabs on the vendors you trust.
How do reviews work?
Star-rated reviews on a vendor or on a specific product can only be left by a buyer who has a confirmed-received order on PeptideClients for that vendor or that product. Reviewers are labelled “verified buyer” in the UI. Open Q&A comments stay available to any signed-in marketplace account — they’re visually separated from verified reviews so the trust signal stays clean. All reviews and comments run through the banned-terms lint and the report/flag queue.
Can I use my operator login?
Yes. Your app.peptideclients.com email and password work at shop.peptideclients.com — same Supabase credentials, separate session so signing out of one app doesn’t sign you out of the other.
